A new season, product launch or important event may call for more than everyday content. Alongside the calculator options, we can agree longer shoots, interviews, event coverage, drone filming, additional photos, campaign films and further editing. You receive a price before work begins.
Built around your organisation
Need fresh photos once a year, a quarterly shoot or several shoots a month? We adapt frequency and content to your needs. Frequent production gets a tailored schedule and an individual agreement.
How the agreement works
What will we get in the package?
Choose photos, reels or both, the number of shoots and how often we meet. The calculator shows your exact deliverables per period. Each short shoot lasts up to 60 minutes at one location. Standard editing, one revision round, planning, equipment and online delivery included. Reels are typically 10–15 seconds. Longer films, interviews, subtitles and special formats are quoted separately. Travel and special production requirements agreed separately.
How does a monthly price work with a quarterly shoot?
The monthly figure spreads the total period price over the number of months. For example, one shoot with 10 photos per quarter is an indicative DKK 2,500 per quarter — equivalent to DKK 833.33 per month excluding VAT. Photos are delivered after the shoot, not every month. The subscription has a minimum term of 12 months. For one shoot every two years, the term is 24 months. Payment schedule and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before starting.
Do you publish the posts too?
These packages cover content production and delivery. Publishing, advertising and day-to-day social media management are not included. If you need a different arrangement, we discuss it before starting.
Can we change the scope?
We can plan more or less content according to season and need. Changes, duration and cancellation terms are agreed in writing so the arrangement is clear.
Is the enquiry binding?
No. You only send your wishes. The subscription starts once we have agreed the price, deliverables and terms in writing. A one-off production can be quoted separately.
Where do you work?
I am Mark Halding, a photographer and videographer based in Hørsholm. I work in North Zealand, Copenhagen and other locations by arrangement. Locations and travel are part of the agreed plan.
