Payment terms
Your invoice is emailed with your images and is payable by bank transfer within 10 days.
Late payment incurs a DKK 100 reminder fee and interest from the due date under the Danish Interest Act.
Digital images
Editing takes 1–14 days, depending on the size of the assignment.
The edited images are delivered by email through a download link. Files are supplied at full resolution, typically around 5,000–6,000 pixels on the longest side depending on cropping, with 300 dpi for printing. You may arrange printing with a photo retailer. The possible print size depends on the pixel dimensions and cropping. The download link is valid for 7 days after delivery; please download your images within that period.
Resending delivered images
If you later need your download link resent, a DKK 100 fee applies.
Print delivery
Ordered prints are posted to the agreed address. Expected delivery is 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Image rights
As the buyer, you have the right to use your images wherever you wish. Halding Foto retains copyright, and you may not resell the images to a third party. Halding Foto reserves the right to use selected images on haldingfoto.dk and for marketing. If you do not want your images shared, email mark@haldingfoto.dk and they will be removed from the website.
Returns
The digital images you receive cannot be returned.
Changing photography sessions
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the agreed session, Halding Foto reserves the right to invoice 50% of the agreed price. If you are ill, we arrange a new date.
If the photographer becomes ill, a session may need to be postponed. In that case, we also arrange a new date.
Prices
Prices displayed on the website may change. Once we have entered into an agreement, the agreed price remains fixed.
All prices are in Danish kroner.
