How much does a celebration photographer cost?
The starting package suits a short reception or the key part of a celebration. For more hours or a whole evening, request a complete quote. We choose coverage around arrivals, speeches, group photographs or dancing, discussing what is feasible and whether to prioritise atmosphere, portraits or both.

From DKK 5,500 including VAT
- Up to two hours of photography at one location

- At least 60 selected, edited photographs
- Digital delivery at full resolution and 300 dpi for printing
- Private use and sharing
Additional photography: DKK 1,250 per hour including VAT. Travel and special requirements are agreed in the quote. Corporate events are priced according to scope and usage.
How to book a celebration photographer
1. Send the date and programme
Tell me the venue, when guests arrive and which moments matter most. An initial programme is enough to get started.
2. Agree the hours and price
We choose the part of the celebration that makes most sense to photograph. You receive a complete quote covering photography, editing, travel and any extras.
3. Enjoy your celebration
I photograph the atmosphere and guide planned portraits. Image numbers, usage and delivery deadlines are agreed beforehand, so you know what you will receive.

What resolution are the photographs, and can I print them?
Photographs are delivered digitally at full resolution, typically around 5,000–6,000 pixels on the longest side depending on cropping, with 300 dpi for printing. You can arrange prints with a photo lab. Possible print sizes depend on pixel dimensions and cropping. Our agreement specifies image numbers and delivery deadlines. Read more about image delivery.
Do guests need to pose?
Most of the time I photograph the celebration as it happens. If you want group photographs or portraits, we choose a suitable time and keep it simple.
Can I book you for a short reception?
Yes. Tell me the timing and scope, and I will assess an arrangement that suits your reception. The two-hour package is a starting point.
When will I receive the photographs?
We agree delivery when booking. Mention a specific deadline or a small selection needed quickly when you first get in touch.
Do you also photograph weddings?
Yes. Explore wedding photography, from the ceremony and portraits to coverage of more of the day.
An extra experience for your guests
Would your guests like to try the camera too?
A selfie booth can be a fun addition to a celebration photographer. Guests can take their own photographs while I cover the atmosphere and moments around them.
