How do I book a photographer?
Email mark@haldingfoto.dk or call +45 23 63 85 59. Tell me the occasion, date and location, and I will get back to you with a specific proposal and price.
Do you photograph private clients and businesses?
Yes. I photograph portraits, celebrations and weddings, as well as employees, events and photography for businesses. I also offer film production and video editing.
Where does the photography take place?
I am based in Hørsholm and travel to you: your home, workplace, event venue or an outdoor location. I have mobile studio equipment, and we agree the practical arrangement together.
I am not used to the camera. Is that a problem?
Not at all. I help with positioning, light and direction, giving you time to feel at ease. You do not need to prepare poses.
When will I receive the photographs?
Usually within 1–14 days, depending on the assignment. We agree the delivery deadline before the session. If you have a specific deadline, please mention it at the start.
How are the photographs delivered?
You receive a download link for your fully edited photographs. Download and save them before the stated expiry date. Photographs are delivered digitally at full resolution, typically around 5,000–6,000 pixels on the longest side depending on cropping, with 300 dpi for printing. You can arrange prints with a photo lab. Possible print sizes depend on pixel dimensions and cropping.
Can I use the photographs on social media and my website?
We agree usage for your assignment. The packages explain the included usage. If you need photographs for campaigns, press or other purposes, we include those rights in your quote. Existing agreements continue to apply.
When do I pay?
You normally receive the invoice with delivery. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice. For larger productions, we can agree different terms beforehand.
Can I get prints?
Yes. You receive files suitable for printing at 300 dpi and can order prints with a photo lab. Use the original downloaded files rather than screenshots or copies from social media. A photo lab can help you choose a print size that suits the file’s pixel dimensions and your preferred crop. I can also help with printing options and prices.
What if I need to cancel or the weather is poor?
Contact me as early as possible so we can find a solution. For outdoor portraits, we also agree how to handle the weather. See my terms and conditions and your individual agreement.
