Staff portraits
Give your team a consistent, welcoming presence. I photograph staff at your workplace and help each person feel comfortable in front of the camera.
PORTRAITS FOR PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES
A consistent style across your team.
Staff portraits need to work together on websites, in presentations and on LinkedIn. We agree the background, lighting, clothing and crop before the day so the images suit your business.
Choose a simple studio-style background or portraits in your own surroundings. I recommend an approach based on the space and intended use.
Photography at your workplace.
I bring the agreed lighting equipment and set up a temporary photography space at your premises. Before visiting, we clarify space, access and options for a calm background.
We create a schedule of short individual appointments so staff can work between their sessions. Setup, breaks and any repeat photographs need time too.
Each person receives guidance on posture, eye contact and expression. The aim is natural, recognisable portraits with consistency and room for personality.
Selection, retouching and new colleagues.
We agree who selects images and how many finished portraits you need. The quote describes the retouching scope so you know what is included.
For new staff, we can agree additional shoots with the same lighting and background. Keep a record of the agreed style to simplify planning.
Finished images are delivered at full resolution, typically 5,000–6,000 pixels on the longest side depending on the crop, with 300 dpi for print. Web versions and crops can also be agreed.

Send staff numbers, address, preferred date and the channels using the images. Explain whether you need group photographs or working images alongside portraits.
