Delivery and use
The gift card is delivered digitally after successful payment. The recipient receives an email with a unique gift card code, amount and a printable PDF. Use your own email address as the recipient if you want to give the gift in person.
The gift card is payment towards an agreed photography session with Halding Foto. It does not reserve a particular date. Photography, location, date and total price are agreed with Mark before the assignment takes place.
Gift cards are sold to private customers in Denmark for photography in Denmark with 25% Danish VAT. All gift card amounts are in Danish kroner including VAT. Payment is by card through Stripe, without an additional payment fee.
Validity and remaining balance
The gift card is valid for 3 years from issue. Its expiry date is shown on the gift card. Partial redemptions are recorded and the remaining balance is retained. The current balance in the gift card register is decisive.
Withdraw from your purchase
Online gift card purchases have a 14-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the agreement. Notify us through the form below or email mark@haldingfoto.dk. You do not need to give a reason.
For timely withdrawal, the amount is refunded within 14 days of receiving your notice, normally to the same payment method and without a fee. Digital delivery of the email and PDF does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal. The gift card is cancelled when the refund is made.
Cash redemption of electronic gift cards
You can request payment of an electronic gift card’s remaining value during its validity and for up to 1 year after expiry under the rules for electronic gift cards. Contact Mark with the gift card code. The original purchase receipt is not required for payment of the remaining value. We do not charge a redemption fee.
