CLINICS · PRACTITIONERS · STAFF

Photography for clinics
and practitioners.

Give new visitors an insight into your clinic before they arrive. I photograph staff, rooms and agreed activities for websites and communications. We plan the assignment around your working day, with a clear shot list and time for the people taking part.

Images that make your clinic familiar

The people at your clinic

Consistent staff portraits help visitors recognise their practitioner. We agree the expression, background and crop so the portraits fit your website and can be supplemented when new colleagues join.

Rooms and atmosphere

Show your reception, waiting area and treatment rooms through wider views and relevant details. The images can help new visitors understand the space and feel more familiar with it. We photograph the rooms that matter to your presentation.

Work in practice

Planned situations can show an exercise, conversation or demonstration. You select participants and situations in advance. Photography does not take place unannounced during routine patient appointments.

A dental clinic, physiotherapist and psychologist have different image needs. They share a need to present their people and surroundings credibly. We start with your audience and the key pages on your website so the subjects support your message.

For a dental clinic, the focus might be staff, rooms and equipment. For a physiotherapist, an agreed exercise or training situation may be more relevant. For a psychologist or therapist, portraits and calm consultation rooms may be enough. I adapt the shot list to the assignment.

The images on this page come from my own training photography at a clinic. They illustrate surroundings and activities.

See business portraits and business photography if the assignment includes several departments or a broader company presentation.

A MANAGEABLE PHOTO SESSION

Prepare rooms and staff

We agree which rooms need to be ready, who will take part and which images your website needs. Name badges, screens and documents are checked before the shoot to keep unrelated information out of the images.

Agree who will take part

The clinic coordinates participants and clarifies their involvement and the intended use of the images. A prepared demonstration gives us time to create photographs without interrupting a routine patient appointment.

Plan for different formats

A wide page header, a portrait panel and a social post require different crops. Show me where the images will appear so we can plan subjects with the right space and direction.

SURROUNDINGS AND PEOPLE

An image library
for your clinic.

One production can cover portraits, rooms and a small series from an agreed activity. This offers more uses than a single group photograph. If your clinic grows or new colleagues join, we can add to the series in the agreed style. Training businesses can also use sports photography when the activity itself is the subject.

Send your clinic address, staff numbers, preferred subjects and a possible date. Let me know whether you need portraits, rooms or planned activities and where the images will be used. Based in Hørsholm, I come to your clinic and quote for the specific assignment.

Questions about clinic photography

Which clinics can book photography?

The assignment is adapted to your clinic. Staff and rooms are relevant to dentists, medical clinics, physiotherapists, psychologists and other practitioners. We discuss specific activity images before booking.

Can we combine portraits and room photography?

Yes. Staff portraits and room photography can be combined on the same day. The clinic appoints a contact person and helps schedule staff participation.

Do patients need to appear in the images?

No. Patients are not automatically included. If people are to appear in a planned situation, the clinic clarifies participation and use of the images in advance.

Can photography take place outside opening hours?

Tell me your opening hours and when rooms can be made available. We choose a time that allows space around the agreed rooms and participants.

Can you photograph new staff later?

Yes. We agree a visual style for portraits and keep a record of the planned subjects so later additions can match the first series.
