RESTAURANTS · CAFÉS · CATERING

Restaurant photography
of spaces and people.

Show your venue, hospitality and the atmosphere around your guests. I plan photography for restaurants, cafés and catering businesses, covering rooms, table settings, staff and agreed serving situations. We select subjects for websites, event presentations and ongoing communications.

Present the experience of your venue

Rooms and table settings

Wider views and selected details can convey the atmosphere. We plan images showing interiors and table layouts for everyday visits, private functions or special events.

Staff and hospitality

Portraits and prepared situations can show the people behind the experience. We agree who participates and which roles and moments should be visible.

Service and events

A series can show preparation, service and interaction around an event. Caterers can present their work at an agreed location in the formats their customers need to see.

TABLE SETTINGS AND SERVICE · ORIGINAL EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Give future guests
a sense of the experience.

A restaurant production needs to fit the way the venue presents itself. A private function room needs different images from a café showing everyday atmosphere or a caterer presenting hospitality and service.

We start with your key offers and the pages or campaigns using the images. Then we choose rooms, details and people. A prepared shoot gives time for variety without following a whole service.

These examples show table settings and service from my own party and corporate event photography. They illustrate atmosphere and hospitality that can inform a new production at your venue.

See interior photography and business photography if staff portraits and other business activities are needed too.

PLAN BEFORE OPENING AND SERVICE

Prepare the agreed areas

Select rooms, tables and details. We agree timing, lighting and whether the venue should be empty or include planned participants.

Coordinate staff and situations

Choose staff for portraits and planned service images. Explain your operations and events so photography can fit around the most important work.

Choose the necessary formats

A booking page, event proposal and social post need different images. We include room for text and relevant crops in the shot list.

A PLACE WITH PERSONALITY

Atmosphere, details
and hospitality.

A set table and a serving situation tell different parts of the story. Together they can provide material for several offers and occasions. We can discuss film production as a separate deliverable. For a corporate function, event photography can cover the occasion itself.

Send the address, preferred subjects, staff and intended image use. Explain whether the production presents rooms, functions, service or a campaign. Based in Hørsholm, I visit your venue and quote for shooting time and agreed deliverables.

Questions about restaurant photography

Can cafés and caterers book photography?

Yes. Describe your venue and the experience you want to show. Subjects and scope are adapted to the café or catering assignment rather than a fixed restaurant package.

Can the shoot take place outside opening hours?

Yes, with agreed access, preparation and staff. A time outside regular guest service can allow space for rooms, details and planned situations.

Do guests need to appear in the images?

This is agreed specifically. For planned situations, you select participants and clarify participation and use. Regular guests are not automatically included.

What if we also need food and drink images?

Describe the dishes, drinks and formats you need photographed. The specific assignment and preparation are assessed and agreed separately alongside the other subjects.

Can we update images for a new season?

Yes. New seasons, layouts and staff may create a need for new images. We can plan additions to the image library with a specific agreed scope.
