Plan your shoot
around the water.
Pool access is part of the preparation. We agree where photography can take place, available times and who will participate. The club or organiser coordinates the necessary arrangements with the venue.
A focused session can include selected swimming sequences, portraits and breaks. This leaves time to work with different angles and expressions without turning every training length into a shot. We plan around your needs or those of your club.
The examples show movement in the water and swimmers preparing poolside. The visual approach depends on the series and agreed usage; a brand production and a personal story may have different requirements.
Swimming can also form part of a wider sports production or a training camp. Competition coverage is agreed separately with the organiser.

Can a recreational swimmer book a session?
Yes, when a suitable venue and access can be arranged. We plan a series of action photographs and portraits around your level, purpose and available facilities.
Who arranges access to the swimming facilities?
The club, organiser or responsible contact person confirms venue access and photography arrangements. These must be settled before the production is booked.
Can a club book portraits and training photographs?
Yes, with participants and image usage agreed. The club coordinates participants, timings and a contact person on the day.
Are underwater photographs part of a standard session?
Tell me if you would like underwater photographs. They require a separate assessment of facilities, shooting conditions and scope, and are not automatically included in a standard swimming session.
Can you also photograph a swimming competition?
We assess the assignment according to the programme, access and requested shots. Competition coverage and deliverables are planned with the organiser.
