Event films for
businesses and conferences.
An event brings people and messages together, with value that can continue afterwards. I create event films for businesses, organisations and organisers, from conferences and receptions to launches and corporate events.
We start with the purpose: should the film tell the story of the day, introduce a speaker or provide content for your next event? I plan filming and editing around the people, stories and channels you want to reach.

One film, and the clips you need.
A highlight film can bring together the atmosphere, key moments and story of the event. Short clips can emphasise a message, while interviews give participants or speakers room to express it in their own words.
Deliverables are chosen for their intended use: your website, LinkedIn, other social media or internal communications. We agree lengths, aspect ratios, subtitles and versions in the brief so filming supports the finished material.
Highlight films and short versions
I find a story within the programme and film people, activity and details. We can plan a main film and short excerpts for different channels. The number of versions and editing scope are included in the quote.
Interviews and speakers
For interviews, we agree questions, participants, time and a location with suitable sound conditions. Continuous recordings of presentations or several simultaneous sessions require a separate discussion of equipment and staffing.
Photography and film in one brief.
If you need both event photography and film, we can plan the deliverables together. This creates a shared visual direction for the photographs and films used in your communications.
When photography and filming must cover key moments simultaneously, we agree priorities and staffing before the event. I can bring in relevant collaborators according to the assignment.
For conferences, you can also read about conference photography. For stories beyond an event, explore company films and interviews here.
Planning starts before the event.
Before: purpose, programme and practicalities
We review your audience, programme, key moments, venue access and intended participants. Your team clarifies who may appear in the material. I help turn the brief into a realistic shooting plan.
On the day: working around your event
I follow the plan and coordinate with your contact person. Interviews are scheduled around the programme. We clarify changes and additional requirements as they arise.
Afterwards: editing and approval
We agree revision rounds, the approver and your deadline. Delivery time, music, usage rights and any subtitles are covered in the agreement. I can also prepare material for several planned releases.
A quote based on your deliverables.
The price depends on filming time, location, sound, staffing, the number of film versions and editing. Travel, subcontractors and licences are clarified in the quote. Based in Hørsholm, I work in Copenhagen, North Zealand and across Denmark by arrangement.
Send the date, venue, programme, purpose, formats and deadline, and mention any photography requirements. For several events, we can agree a shared production framework with scope and pricing for each assignment.

Questions before your event film.
Can you deliver landscape and portrait clips?
Yes, we agree the formats in the brief. A website film and short portrait clips for social media need different crops, so channels and the number of versions should be agreed before filming.
Can talks and interviews be included?
Yes. Explain which people and presentations matter, and whether you need short quotes or complete talks. Speaker access, scheduling and usable sound recording are agreed beforehand.
What about music, subtitles and usage rights?
Music licences, subtitles, revision rounds and your use of the finished film are described in the quote. Share your channels and deadline so the deliverables fit your plans.
