What will you use the images for?

A conference offers several stories: speakers on stage, conversations during breaks, the space and people who met. Before the day, we review the programme and prioritise the subjects you need.

Will the images support next year’s registrations, press coverage, LinkedIn, internal news or thanks to participants and partners? This affects selection and formats. Based in Hørsholm, I also photograph conferences in Copenhagen and throughout Denmark.

For conference hotels and venues, we can plan rooms in use, hospitality and breaks. Room images can be supplemented with interior photography, while service and atmosphere images can present catering. The shoot is coordinated with the organiser and venue operations.

A simple plan for the day.

Send the programme, room overview and key people beforehand. We agree whether specific sponsors, panels or guests need to be documented.

Before the conference

We clarify purpose, hours, key people, requests and urgent images. For simultaneous stages, we prioritise coverage.

During the programme

I work around presentations, panels and networking with as little disruption as possible. We can set aside a short slot for group images or staff portraits if conditions allow.

After the event

You receive a selected, edited image set. Image numbers, delivery time and any early selection are agreed so your communications team can plan.

What should your enquiry include?

Send the date, venue, approximate hours, programme and image purpose. Mention an evening reception, a short event film or specific social formats. I can then quote for the assignment.
